Toxic Chemical Transfer!

I hate it when big trucks block the freeway.  Last Sunday, as a truck in the left lane slowly passed a truck in the right lane, I had plenty of time to study the slower truck.  On the side of the tanker was a giant sign, “Toxic Chemical Transfer” with a skull and bones beneath it!  Get me outta here!  Apparently the trucker in front of me felt the same way.  There are things in this world you should get around as fast as you can and move on.  Get away and stay away! 

There is a great spiritual lesson here.  This world is full of situations and circumstances, involvements and activities that are toxic to healthy Christian living.  We should go around and get away from these things as fast as we can.  When Jesus comes again He will not “contain” these things (as we do), but will “cleanse” them so that nothing poisonous remains.  No toxic transfers!  PTL!  But, until then, stay in your lane, pass as fast as you can and move on.  Get away and stay away!
